Chacun peut uploader ses images directement depuis l&rsquo;interface du site. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e premi\u00e8re est de recomposer un \u00ab\u00a0paysage mental\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 partir de diff\u00e9rents fragments photographiques r\u00e9colt\u00e9s aux quatre coins de la plan\u00e8te, via le r\u00e9seau. Une \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e8gle du jeu\u00a0\u00bb propose que les fragments photographiques de sol soient envoy\u00e9s sur le sol du tunnel, les fragments de ciel au \u00ab\u00a0plafond\u00a0\u00bb, les \u00ab\u00a0skyline\u00a0\u00bb sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, etc&#8230; Mais cette r\u00e8gle n&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;\u00e0 titre indicatif, son d\u00e9tournement \u00e9tant d&rsquo;ailleurs souvent source de participations int\u00e9ressantes.<\/p>\n<p>La mythologie m\u00e9so-am\u00e9ricaine fait souvent appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;un monde sous-terrain complexe, un \u00ab\u00a0inframonde\u00a0\u00bb. Cet espace, a contrario de notre enfer, est un espace de transition, habit\u00e9 par des \u00eatres de toutes natures, qui gravitent entre diff\u00e9rentes strates et degr\u00e9s de profondeur. Ils sont malgr\u00e9 tout capables de refaire surface \u00e0 tout moment, et d&rsquo;agir sur le monde r\u00e9el. Son \u00e9vocation est rarement p\u00e9jorative, mais plut\u00f4t comprise comme une source d&rsquo;excitation pour l&rsquo;imaginaire des Hommes. Il est accept\u00e9 en tant qu&rsquo;espace compl\u00e9mentaire du monde du dessus.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;espace exp\u00e9rimental \u00ab\u00a0inframonde\u00a0\u00bb devient une repr\u00e9sentation m\u00e9taphorique de l&rsquo;internet. Il symbolise la rencontre des donn\u00e9es\/informations\/points de vue\/cultures\/savoirs, via un syst\u00e8me de communication bas\u00e9 sur un encodage et un d\u00e9codage. La partie encodage est bas\u00e9e sur la fragmentation de la repr\u00e9sentation des environnements \u00ab\u00a0physiques\u00a0\u00bb. Ces fragments sont d\u00e9cod\u00e9s par leur association avec des fragments \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9trangers\u00a0\u00bb. Cette rencontre produit une retranscription cal\u00e9idoscopique et globalis\u00e9e de nos perception visuelle individuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Ce travail n&rsquo;est pas pour autant issu d&rsquo;une approche id\u00e9aliste de nos rapports avec les mondes num\u00e9riques. Les limites de cet espace \u00ab\u00a0socialisant\u00a0\u00bb sont directement li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;importante in\u00e9galit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au r\u00e9seau sur la plan\u00e8te. Each one of these facets is likely to collect a \u00ab\u00a0photographic fragment\u00a0\u00bb downloadable directly on line via the interface of the site. The idea is to constitute a \u00ab\u00a0mental landscape\u00a0\u00bb where the images brought by each participant amalgamate. This new space offers a kaleidoscopic perception, a fragmented vision of the world, recomposed artificially.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9so-American mythology often calls upon the image of a complex underground world, an \u00ab\u00a0inframonde\u00a0\u00bb. This space, unlike our hell, is a place of transition, inhabited by beings of all natures, which sail between various layers and degrees of depth, likely constantly to come back at surface, and to act on reality.\u00a0 Its evocation is seldom pejorative, but rather a source of exitation of imaginary of the humans. It is included\/understood like a complementary\u00a0 space\u00a0 to the \u00ab\u00a0real\u00a0\u00bbworld . This acceptance of a balance ground\/basement, conscious\/unconscious, real\/virtual, seems to us to be an element that founds the project, like this capacity to create a collective imaginary.<\/p>\n<p>The interface of our project allows the transport of these individual perceptions, with an aim of creating a shared vision, through their coexistance in the inframonde.\u00a0 There is a real need for today creating tools which one can be adapted, transformed, on which we can modify the \u00ab\u00a0source code\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0 There is a guiding principle brought by the project, which functions like a rule of game: the facets are organized in five groups (ground, midground, skyline, midsky, sky) which define the type of photographic fragments to install in the tunnel. Thus a participant can bring an end of ground, which will be supplemented by an end of sky brought by another or by itself.
